Risk Modeling Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI-generated answers, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world edge cases to assess their limits.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help each model version become smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Finance professional with advanced degree (MBA+) or substantial real‑world experience.
• Fluent in English at a bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented and able to assess nuanced financial reasoning.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
