Sales Support Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Manager to partner directly with one of our top‑performing Channel Directors. This remote position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants to help scale a high‑growth sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, adjust, and process orders to keep deals moving forward without delay.
• Manage quoting, bandwidth serviceability checks, and vendor tool submissions with precision.
• Build, update, and refine Excel‑based proposals and light financial models that help partners make decisions.
• Act as an extension of the Director by monitoring and managing their inbox, handling in‑flight requests, and keeping communication flowing.
• Serve as the Director’s stand‑in during channel events, PTO, or company functions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and bring order to complexity in a high‑volume sales environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team and organizational success.

Required profile

• Knowledge of telecom and network services; experience with a global network service provider is a plus.
• Familiarity with channel sales, partner dynamics, and the indirect sales model.
• Exceptional organization, detail orientation, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset with a “own the outcome” attitude.
• Ability to reliably work U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial modeling).
• Comfort with vendor quote tools and general business systems.
