Senior Business Tax Advisory Consultant – Real Estate Solutions

About the role

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Tax Advisory team within Real Estate Solutions. The role focuses on delivering tax compliance and advisory services for corporate, partnership, individual, trust, nonprofit and gift tax returns for high‑visibility real‑estate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day workflow management for tax return preparation.
• Ensure timely delivery of tax returns and special project deliverables.
• Review corporate, partnership, individual, trust, nonprofit and gift tax returns.
• Identify and highlight tax issues or unusual relationships through analysis of financial statements and tax documentation.
• Support consulting engagements and provide technical tax advice to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a tax professional handling multiple tax return types.
• Strong compliance and tax return preparation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation to grow technically and work with high‑visibility clients.
