About the role
Turner & Townsend is looking for a senior consultant in Santiago to advise on compensation and claims management related to mining projects and contracts. The role applies methodologies and best practices for impact assessment, contract administration and dispute resolution during project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on compensation and claims matters linked to mining projects and contracts
- Apply methodologies and best practices for evaluating impacts, administering contracts and resolving disputes during project execution
Required profile
- Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering
- 15 to 20 years of specific experience in your specialty
- Experience in mining, industrial or petrochemical projects
- Leadership and team-work abilities, ability to work under pressure and systematic analysis skills
Required skills
- Compensation and claims management
- Purchasing and contract administration
- Economic evaluation of contracts and contract cost control
- Project management strategies and investment management systems
