Senior Processes and Quality Engineer - Mining Industry (Los Andes)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for a senior engineer in processes and quality for mining, industrial or process projects based in Los Andes. The role leads process and quality management activities, ensuring compliance with established standards and continuous improvement of project execution processes. Travel or residence in the Los Andes area is required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process and quality management activities on mining, industrial or process projects
• Ensure compliance with the norms, criteria and standards set for the projects
• Drive continuous improvement of the processes linked to project execution

Required profile

• Degree in civil, industrial or construction engineering
• 10 to 15 years of proven experience in process and quality management
• A postgraduate degree in process and/or quality management is desirable
• Ability to work under pressure, lead teams and work collaboratively

Required skills

• Knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Knowledge of process and quality standards and criteria
• Knowledge of the divisional project management system
• Systemic analysis, vulnerability analysis, quality assurance and leadership
