About the role
Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Processes and Quality Engineer for mining, industrial or process projects in Santiago. The role leads process and quality management activities on projects, ensuring compliance with established standards and driving continuous improvement of project execution processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead process and quality management activities on mining, industrial or process projects
- Ensure compliance with the norms, criteria and standards set for the projects
- Drive continuous improvement of the processes linked to project execution
Required profile
- Degree in civil, industrial or construction engineering
- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in process and quality management
- Postgraduate degree in process and/or quality management desirable
- Leadership, discipline, analytical and systematic thinking, and ability to work under pressure
Required skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of process and quality standards and criteria
- Knowledge of the Divisional Project Management System
- Quality assurance capability
