Senior Managing, Technical Deploy for LAC, Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Lead the technical design and architecture strategy for complex client engagements across Latin America, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with Mastercard standards. Transform technical knowledge into reusable regional assets and act as the primary architecture authority within Tech Deploy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution shaping and architecture design for strategic client opportunities.
• Define solution architectures, integration strategies, implementation approaches and technical roadmaps.
• Validate technical feasibility, risks, dependencies and delivery readiness in partnership with business and technical teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, reviewing architectures, estimates and implementation approaches.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns and governance practices.
• Mentor architects and technical specialists while defining future Tech Deploy capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, integration or technical consulting.
• Strong experience designing complex enterprise solutions and system integrations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with clients, vendors and C‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
