Technical Recruiter – International Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end engineering recruitment projects for our Chilean operations. You will manage candidates from first contact through placement across global markets, working remotely within a fast‑growing LATAM team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from briefing to onboarding.
• Run multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns across various disciplines and seniority levels.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, headhunt via LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and conduct market mapping for niche skill sets.
• Prepare professional candidate profiles and collaborate with sales & marketing on recruitment content.
• Support international placements, ensure compliance, and coordinate with the mobility team.
• Lead offer negotiations, manage counter‑offers, and ensure smooth handover to onboarding.

• Recruitment experience (agency or in‑house), preferably in engineering or international hiring.
