Wealth Advisor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. You will review AI‑generated answers, test the models with complex real‑world scenarios and provide structured feedback to improve their reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital‑markets topics.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge the models with edge‑case and complex scenarios to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new version of the AI.
• Deliver diverse, realistic finance problems and evaluate model performance for correctness and reliability.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Strong background in financial analysis, financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor, remotely and on a flexible schedule.
