Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This remote position supports both internal and client-facing hiring initiatives, acting as the main point of contact for candidates in the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and other applicant data.
• Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback and information to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
