Learning Experience Partner (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Learning Experience Partner and lead the design, management, and reporting of onboarding programs delivered through our Learning Management System. You will act as a strategic partner, leveraging modern authoring and AI tools to create scalable, high‑impact learning experiences for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage, and report onboarding operations hosted in the LMS using modern authoring tools.
• Administer the full learning technology stack, including LMS, AI‑Studio, and related platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain learning content aligned with adult learning principles.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Analyze usage data and report on program effectiveness and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning, talent development, or related people‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to measure and communicate the business impact of onboarding programs.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP administration and instructional design.
• Experience delivering online training and onboarding sessions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
