Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor you will safeguard the consistency and excellence of BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and related communications to ensure they meet defined standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflows.
• Measure performance against scorecards, KPIs, and established standards.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns.
• Document findings with high accuracy and detail.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
