AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their reasoning, and provide feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each model version smarter and more reliable.
• Generate diverse finance‑related problems for AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not required.
