Head of M&A – AI Trainer (Finance AI)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance teams. In this remote contractor role you will use your expertise in macro‑economics, corporate finance and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance and capital markets.
• Check the logical reasoning and factual accuracy of AI outputs using your finance background.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version toward higher reliability.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness, performance and relevance.

Required profile

• Proven finance experience (M&A, corporate finance, capital markets) or an advanced degree (MBA+).
• Fluent English with bilingual‑level proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
