Learning Content Developer (Remote)

About the role

As a Learning Content Developer at BairesDev, you will create engaging learning experiences for our Talent Acquisition team. You will blend instructional design expertise with data‑driven insights to transform complex processes into micro‑learnings, courses, simulations, and workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce micro‑learnings, courses, workshops, simulations, and quizzes tailored to Talent Acquisition needs.
• Convert technical documentation into clear, pedagogically sound learning content.
• Develop role‑based learning paths that support structured skill development.
• Measure training effectiveness using completion rates, satisfaction scores, and post‑training performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Documentation, Enablement, and Content Design teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in IT or tech‑adjacent industries.
• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., EdApp) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Background in content creation and data analysis for training effectiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
