VP Strategy & M&A – AI Trainer (Finance AI Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance‑related decision‑making. You will review AI responses, test complex scenarios and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps each new version of the AI become smarter and more reliable.
• Generate diverse finance‑focused problems for AI chatbots and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Master’s or PhD preferred, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Financial analysis.
• Financial modeling.
• Data analysis and reasoning exercises related to finance management.
